Swedish Relaxation Massage: A soothing light to medium pressure full body massage. This massage is ideal for clients who want to have an overall relaxed feeling and they do not need bodywork to address specific acute or chronic pain areas. For massages 60 minutes or longer in length, you may request a mini-reflexology treatment to your feet. This uses about 10 to 15 minutes of massage time and will enhance your total relaxation experience.
30 min - $40, 45 min - $50, 60 min - $65, 75 min - $75, 90 min - $90
Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage: This massage is for clients who desire deeper pressure massage or who need therapeutic massage techniques to address specific areas of acute or chronic pain. The massage will be tailored to each client. Techniques used in this massage may include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cold stones, Thai massage and stretching. A limited amount of neuromuscular reprogramming may also be used.
30 min - $45, 45 min - $60, 60 min - $75, 75 min - $85, 90 min - $100
Neuromuscular Reprogramming: The client is more actively engaged in this massage as the therapist uses specific muscle testing to activate brain to muscle consciousness. This technique uses a form of positive kinesthetic conversation with the body to imprint new use patterns on the motor control center of the brain, replacing damaged imprints created through trauma, injury, operations or repetitive strain from ergonomically inefficient use patterns. This is a very interesting technique and it has provided some excellent results in clients who have suffered with body pain, in some cases for years. I would highly recommend trying this massage if you are suffering with pain. I would also recommend this massage to anyone that is physically active or training for athletic events to check that muscles are functioning properly.

Hot Stone massage: Available to add to the Swedish or Therapeutic/Deep Tissue massages above that are 60 minutes or longer. Hot stones feel wonderful and are comforting and deeply relaxing. Hot stones are laid on the body and are also used to massage the body.
Add $10 to the above rates.

Massage time: The time indicated above is actual hands on massage time. Often spas will say one hour massages and the actual massage time is 50 minutes or less. You will never be rushed as I try to leave 15 to 30 minutes between appointment times.
Tipping: Some people tip the massage therapist and some people do not. Massage therapists working for themselves will never become rich monetarily….maybe if we had bionic bodies. Rewards are not all monetary. It is very rewarding to help people feel better in their bodies. There is no pressure to tip. If you feel that you have gotten excellent service, express it however you feel appropriate.
Cancellations: 24 hour cancellation notice is requested. If you do not show up for your appointment and you haven't called to notify me, you will be charged $25.
